Wild Alaska Black Cod Tips Box
Eat like an Alaskan with one of our favorites: black cod tips. Cut from the collar of the fish, tips are the tenderloin of the black cod. This cut of black cod is not typically found on the commercial market, but is a favorite amongst fishermen and locals who cut tips for their own freezers. We recommend marinating black cod tips in a garlic-ginger teriyaki and grilling until crispy. Because of the high fat content, black cod tips can be slightly charred on the outside, while still remaining moist and tender on the inside. Hand cut by our crew on the back deck, these black cod tips are sure to delight your friends and family.

UPS Next Day Air ($285/box plus shipping costs). The base cost for this option is more expensive due to handling fees and the cost of dry ice. After placing your order on our website, we will email you to confirm your delivery date. Our first round of orders is planned to arrive around December 11th, and the next around December 18.
