ROSEMARY GARLIC KING SALMON

20 minutes // Servings: 4

By Lexi Fish Hackett

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz. wild Alaska king salmon

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 large sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees or preheat your outdoor barbecue.

  2. Combine oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary leaves and salt in a small bowl; whisk into a paste-like consistency.

  3. Bake salmon for about 8 minutes; or until it begins to flake apart, with the thickest part of the fillet being slightly translucent in the middle.

  4. Remove salmon from heat; top with rosemary garlic sauce and serve!

  5. This recipe always hits the spot! We love it paired with herb roasted potatoes and pan-seared asparagus.
