INGREDIENTS
16 oz. wild Alaska king salmon
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 large sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees or preheat your outdoor barbecue.
Combine oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary leaves and salt in a small bowl; whisk into a paste-like consistency.
Bake salmon for about 8 minutes; or until it begins to flake apart, with the thickest part of the fillet being slightly translucent in the middle.
Remove salmon from heat; top with rosemary garlic sauce and serve!
This recipe always hits the spot! We love it paired with herb roasted potatoes and pan-seared asparagus.
